First, let’s prepare our magnesium oil
- Add the water to a pan and simmer gently then, add your flakes to the water and mix, let it cool down for 15mn.
- Then add lavender oil to the bottle
- Have a glass spray bottle ready
- Then pour your oil into it
- And last, add 10 to 15 drops of essential oil
and that’s it.
Easy, very effective and quick to prepare
How to use your spray
Simply spray the oil mix, onto your body, preferably before bedtime but you can also use it in the morning and don’t worry you won’t fall asleep.
When first using magnesium oil it is recommended to start with 5 to 10 spray then increase to 20 sprays.
Avoid spraying the face and if using it for the first time it will give you a slight burning sensation
If it burns too much then add a bit of jojoba oil after spraying or any carrier oil to soothe the skin. This may mean that you are magnesium deficient.
So better supply with food high in magnesium such as
- Dark leafy greens
- Dark Chocolate min 70%
- Seeds and nuts, including sunflower and cashews and almonds sesame seeds,
- Squash, broccoli, and other vegetables
- Unprocessed whole grain
